Rosa`s Cafe in San Angelo

What a cool place I had only been through the drive-through a couple of times when inside for the first time what an awesome place. a little overwhelming for taco Tuesday they were quite busy. I think I will go back on a less busy day

Good Mexican food for breakfast lunch and dinner. I really like their breakfast burritos and queso. Can be pretty pricey though. I often look at my order total in disbelief.

Love this place. Always clean and the food is fresh. The ambiance creates an atmosphere that is fun and inviting. Very consistent dishes and the fresh tortillas and salsa bar add to the complete dining experience. Always 5 stars

Ate twice in 3 days at this place. Ate inside restaurant one time and ordered to go the other time. Both meals were just as tasty. Quality of dine-in food was just as good as the to go meals. The only thing that dining room should offer is something for one to use when touching nozzle on tea dispensers - I grabbed napkins at table nearby so I wouldn't have to touch nozzle with my fingers. Other than that social distancing between tables, condiments etc...are Covid compliant for their patrons. Look forward to my next visit when I'm in San Angelo.

It's really a fast food row of Mexican food. Comparable to Chacho's or Palenque. The "burrito" plate is more if a 1 enchilada plate. The sauce was a little SPICY. The restaurant decor was nice and fitting. The rice and beans were good. If you want fast Mexican food then this is your spot. The frozen Margaritas were so-so. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The staff were nice. There are no wait staff so you have to get everything yourself (fast food style).

Always a Hit. If you want Mexican food quickly, Rosa’s is your best bet. Dine in, drive thru or to go, Rosa’s is fast. We dined on a quiet Wednesday evening at 8PM and got our order within 5 minutes and everything for our party of 4 was correct and delicious. Taco Tuesday at lunchtime can be extremely busy with the parking lot overflowing to neighboring properties. Sunday after church can be the same. In our many visits we have only had one disappointing food dish and that was refried beans that were very bland. Otherwise every visit has been wonderful!
